YouAIgen User Manual
Quick Start
- Sign up or log in to your YouAIgen account directly in the app.
- On the main screen, see your list of agents or add a new one with the + button.
- Choose the agent type you need: Chat Bot, Web Testing Agent, or Admin Assistant.
- Follow the instructions for each agent type below.
Agent Types
- 🗨️ Chat Bot: A general-purpose AI assistant for chatting, answering questions, summarizing, and analyzing texts or images. Great for automated replies, brainstorming, or as a smart knowledge base for your team.
- 🌐 Web Testing Agent: Automates website testing using AI. Simulates visitors, fills forms, tests logins and other features. AI analyzes test results, explains them in plain English, and helps you spot issues you might miss manually.
- 👤 Admin Assistant: Monitors servers and infrastructure. Collects and analyzes data (CPU, RAM, disk, logs), detects outages, and AI scans your logs for errors and suggests fixes. Get notified if anything goes wrong, together with a human-friendly explanation.
Server Monitoring (with AI)
- Add a new Admin Assistant agent in the app and get your special token for connecting your server.

Install Telegraf on your server:

Restart Telegraf on your server:
Linux:sudo systemctl restart telegraf
Windows: via Services or Command Prompt. -
As soon as it's running, AI starts analyzing your server data and logs!
You get:- Live charts for CPU, RAM, disk, network, and processes
- AI auto-scans logs and alerts you to issues, with plain-English explanations and suggested solutions
- Ask questions like “Why was my server slow yesterday?” and the AI will investigate and explain
Website Monitoring & Web Testing (with AI)
- Add a Web Testing Agent and enter the website URL you want to monitor or test.
- Set your check interval (e.g., every 5 minutes).

The agent will use AI to:
- Check website availability (HTTP status, downtime)
- Monitor SSL certificate validity
- Analyze page speed
- Spot content changes, error pages, or suspicious behavior using AI

Automated testing: In the agent’s AI Wizard, describe what to test (e.g. “Try logging in and check if the welcome message appears”).
AI will create and run the Selenium test, interpret the results, and explain any problems in language anyone can understand.
Chat, Tasks & AI Assistance
- In each agent’s detail page, use Chat to ask questions or assign tasks. You can send files, voice messages, or just text.
- AI gives you clear answers, summaries, advice, and can analyze your data (including files and logs).
- For Admin Assistant, ask things like “Analyze last night’s errors” or “Is anything unusual in my logs?” – AI will investigate and reply simply.
Subscription & Profile Settings
- Advanced AI features (log analysis, test wizard, detailed reporting) require a subscription.
- Manage your subscription and profile in the app: change email, password, or language.
- All notifications are shown in the app or can be sent to your email.
Tips & FAQ
- No need to be an expert: The AI explains everything in plain language and guides you through each step.
- Monitor as many servers and websites as you want (limit depends on your subscription).
